Enforcement Avoidance

Unfortunately the planning system and its tight regulations are not known to all and there are occasions when development is carried out that needs planning consent but has not been obtained. OC have many clients that have undertaken works without consent and we work closely with the client and the local authority to secure a sensible solution to the issues.

Our ability to broker a positive relationship with the local authority to resolve the issue for all concerned is an essential quality to our service. The last resort is to make an appeal against enforcement action and OC have experience of carrying out this service to ease the worries that the client may have.
