We prepare and submit planning applications for a range of commercial schemes including new build developments and change of use. We present solid planning arguments in high quality presentation format to put forward the best possible case.
We assist clients with their planning applications, by managing the planning process, liaising with the architect regarding scheme development and with the consultants required for each project (for example highways consultants and environmental consultants). We also provide other planning reports to support the individual case, such as Design and Access Statements, Statement of Community Involvement, Planning Obligations report and various other bespoke Planning Reports. If there are any amendments or further information that the local authority requires we will provide them with the assistance they need in order to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
