pre-application advice

Optimis assists clients in understanding the planning aspects of proposed developments. We are able to review schemes at all stages prior to the submission of an application from a planning point of view. We also advise on strategies to achieve the desired development.

We work with other consultants, including architects to devise a strategy and layout which fits the needs of our clients, whilst considering planning requirements. We are also able to look at incremental approaches to achieve the desired development.

As part of this process we can also engage with the local authority on behalf of our client at the pre-application stage.
